Which Transfurs actually convert a lobby, and which are just looks.
Transfur morphs in Fur Infection Outbreak are mostly visual. HopeStar’s “New Furries Showcase” and community puddle tours (gray, dark gray, white, yellow, green, red, pink, black liquid, masks, zombie drink, summer shark styles) sell looks. They do not publish a public ability sheet, and this wiki will not invent one. Every Infected still grabs with 2 then right-click. Every Infected still dies in the Safe Zone. Rank the kit you play, not a species stat block that does not exist.
Criteria: grab kit (drag from behind during a Human’s yellow cooldown), mobility (rotate without touching spawn), advertised flame / threat VFX (scare a swing early), and snowball (does this convert a 35-player server, or only photograph well).

S-tier: grab-first kits

S-tier is behavior. A showcase wolf with flame VFX who runs at the Safe Zone door is C-tier in practice. Keep Avatar is a gamepass overlay, not a morph: infection team, no furry skin. The grab does not change. The hesitation it creates does.
A-tier: flame and summer threat looks

A-tier morphs win because Humans are twitchy, not because HopeStar handed them a secret 80-damage breath. If a showcase shows flame, assume intimidation, then test the grab yourself.

B-tier is “you converted, now play the grab.” Puddle color is a fashion roll. Pick the puddle you can reach without crossing spawn, not the one that looked rare on YouTube.

C-tier is how you throw a won conversion. A zombie-drink look that hunts backs during cooldown is S-tier behavior in a C-tier costume. Rank your replay, not your thumbnail.
A morph that looks like a boss still dies at the Safe Zone line. Convert the lobby. Do not pose for it. Purple names grab. The floor puddle is a costume rack, not a stat tree.

Can Infected enter the Safe Zone in a rare morph?
No. The line is lethal to the infection team, overlay or not. Spawn camping is C-tier in every costume.
